Position: Brand Fashion Photographer and Videographer – Media Specialist

Job Duties:

• Develop, capture, and edit creative visual content aligned with the brand identity and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create photos and videos for e-commerce, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual planning for campaigns.
• Organize and conduct photography sessions and video shoots.
• Direct models, adjust lighting, and ensure product presentation is aligned with the brand image.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Optimize final materials for digital and print platforms.
• Ensure visual consistency across all company media materials.
• Coordinate logistics for photo sessions and video shoots, including scheduling, location selection, and coordination with stylists and the marketing team.
• Monitor engagement metrics and assist with planning promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of visual materials for product launches and promotional campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 years of experience in photography and videography.
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English required.

Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to set up lighting and camera equipment.
• Familiarity with social media content production and digital branding.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media trends and digital formats.
