Position: Inside Salesperson

Job Duties:
- Sell merchandise, specifically jewelry, directly to consumers.
- Provide customer service by identifying customer needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products available in the store.
- Recommend products that are appropriate for the customer’s profile.
- Support the organization and maintenance of the sales environment.
- Assist with the store’s daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months in the position of Salesperson or in a related retail occupation.
Language: Fluent Portuguese required.
Specific Skills:
- Ability to communicate with customers.
- Ability to demonstrate products and make sales.
- Customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proactive, organized, and responsible profile.
- Ability to work in a retail environment.
Employment Type:
Full-time — 40 hours per week.
