Position: Immigration Business & Data Compliance Analyst

Job Duties:
- Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.
- Support internal compliance reviews.
- Assist with documentation of internal processes.
- Maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
- Compile information to support management.
- Contribute to workflow optimization and administrative decision-making.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 6 months in a related administrative, analytical, or legal position.
Languages: Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Specific Skills:
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Organization and interpretation of information.
- Knowledge of analytical tools, including Excel, dashboards, etc.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to support decision-making.
Employment Type:
Full-time — 40 hours per week.
